Business Boffins was one of the most interesting activities that I chose in Regent's School. At firts I would like to explain why I chose this activity . In the university I am going to study Business Administration or International Business. I thought that this activity will help to increase my knowledge of Business and Management and this activity will give me new skills which I can use in my future life.
It was a very interesting activity during the activity we were discussing the business issues , reading business magazines, and watching movies related to the businesses. During the activity I was participating in all discussions, by offering many ideas, by communicating with all students, and the finally is finding good solutions, and I making good judgments and decisions . This activity helped me to be more succesful in Business and Management. This sctivity helped me to improve my english . I am very happy that Regent's offered me activity like Business Boffins , and I hope that the knowleged that I gained from the activity will help me in the university and in my business career.

Business and Management has a very big role in our planet. Becuase you can see how businesses operate everywhere. And by leaning more and more about business enviornment I started to be interested in issues of lobal importance. This activitry helped me to understand the roles that businesses play in our planet. The main knowledge that I got from this activity was that I started to understand the importance of ethics and the importance of being a socially responsible firm. This area is ignored by mnay business, which I think is very bad.
This activity helped me to write my extendes essay which related to McDonald's which is the world's largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurants. My extended essay is a business topic. The title of an essay is ‘’ To what extent does McDonald’s Corporation act ethically towards the environment and its stakeholders ‘’. In the real world the ethical strategies and CSR area is ignored by many businesses and the importance of that topic had been discussed in the essay.
This activity helped to become more opended person and to be more critical thinker. Becuase to make a judgements and to be a good decion-maker is very important in the business environment.

The activity helped me to underdstand that every part in the business is very important. By discussions I communicate with different students which was similar how the communication takes place in the real buisnesses.
This activity helped me to become a more critical person, which is very important. In the future I am sure that the skills that this activity gave me I will use in my career. Becuase now I am have all characteristics that can describe a person in business environment. I am a hard-working, achievable, responsible, open-minded and risk-taker. The activity helped me to see me an individual with various skills and abilities. It gave me information about my weaknesses and what I need to do to improve those weaknesses. For example before taking part in this activity I wasn't a
critical thinker. But now I know how make a good decisions in different areas.
